JP and The Big Country Drive Home, 3-7 pm — After a long day, JP helps the River Valley unwind with his quick wit, humor, and the perfect mix of music, every weekday afternoon.

An Arkansas native with over 25 years in radio, JP brings energy and laughs to the drive home. He got his start in broadcasting after being noticed while DJing in college, where he studied psychology and political science at the University of Arkansas. Now, he’s the Production Director for ten radio stations, and his days are filled with everything from live broadcasts to community events.

JP loves the great outdoors, with a passion for biking, hiking, and camping—always up for a new trail or campsite. Outside the studio, he’s a well-known face around town, frequently emceeing events, launching new local businesses, and connecting with listeners.
